Sniper Vito “kNgV-” Giuseppe rescinded the contract with Immortals. It is not known on whose initiative the player left the team. Previously, Giuseppe became a figment of the scandal on DreamHack Montreal, where he threatened to kill the Pujan “FNS” Mehta from Counter Logic Gaming. Information about the retirement of Vito “kNgV-” Giuseppe from Immortals appeared a few hours after the match of the team with Counter Logic Gaming in the framework of the qualifiers for EPICENTER.

On the first map kNgV- was replaced by the coach of the Brazilian team Rafael “zakk” Fernandes, and Giuseppe returned to the second card in the roster – the Brazilians won by a total of 2: 1. CEO of Immortals Noah Winston said that kNgV- had no right to speak for the main team, as multigaming imposed sanctions on him. After a while, Giuseppo announced in “Twitter” that he no longer represents Immortals.

He thanked the fans for their support and repented of the mistakes he made while playing under the tag Immortals. Before ELEAGUE CS: GO Premier 2017 kNgV- returned to Brazil to solve visa problems, and his place in the starting line was taken by the veteran of the Brazilian scene Rafael “cogu” Camargo. At the same time, Camargo insisted that the replacement was forced and not related to the behavior of kNgV- on DreamHack Montreal 2017, where Giuseppe accused Pujan of “FNS” Mehta of slander and threatened him with murder.

More details about the scandal can be found here. With the departure of kNgV- in the basic structure of Immortals there are four players left. At the same time, Lincoln’s “fnx” Lau, excluded from the main staff in May 2017, and Joao “horvy” Croatia, who is waiting for permission to enter the United States, are still in the reserve.
